BALCONIES, GARDENS AND TERRACES OVERLOOKING THE LAKE
Lago di Como Apartments were developed from the restoration of one of the oldest houses in the historic part of Perledo. They are self-catering holiday homes run by the heirs of the original owners of the building.
During the renovation, three independent apartments were created – one on the ground floor (Silverlake), one on the first floor (Goldenlake) and one on the second (Bluelake).
The elevated position of the building provides wonderful views over the lake from all the rooms of the apartments; "Goldenlake" and "Bluelake" have large panoramic balconies, while "Silverlake" has a balcony and a private garden.The facility also includes a communal area consisting of a garden, a veranda and a large terrace that can be used by all guests.

The apartments are situated in a privileged area of the historic center where you can enjoy a quiet stay while having all amenities within a range of 100 meters: a bar/restaurant, a small grocery store, ATM, post office, pharmacy, sports fields, a playground and the bus stop for Varenna.Free public parking for guests is only 50 meters away from the apartments.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME
We provide all that is necessary for a comfortable stay: extra pillows and blankets, a welcome toiletry kit, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, a fully equipped kitchen including basic cooking essentials (condiment set) and a selection of teas and herbal teas, satellite TV, Smart TV (Bluelake), Free WIFI and mosquito screens in all bedrooms.
For our younger guests we have cots, high chairs and a small swimming pool to use in the communal garden area – all available free of charge.
